Our team arrives before your event, carefully sets up all equipment, and returns after the party to dismantle and take everything away. You don't need to do a thing — just enjoy the celebration! Setup typically takes 30–60 minutes.

Yes! We offer gorgeous custom vinyl name and design decals to give your setup that extra-special personal touch. When booking, share your child's name, party theme, and favorite colors. We'll design and produce a stunning vinyl that doubles as a beautiful photo backdrop. Available as an add-on to any rental package!

Space requirements depend on the ball pit size and add-ons (like the pyramid climber). As a general guide, plan for at least a 3m × 3m clear, flat area for a standard setup. We'll walk you through exact dimensions during the booking process and advise on the best layout for your specific venue!

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance — weekend dates especially fill up very fast! For peak seasons (summer and the holiday period), we suggest booking 4–6 weeks ahead to guarantee your preferred date. Not sure if your date is available? We totally understand — Montreal weather can be unpredictable! If you've booked an outdoor setup and conditions look unfavourable, we'll contact you well in advance to explore your options: moving the setup indoors at your venue or rescheduling to another date.
